    Where are you today, what are you celebrating over the last week, and what’s calling for attention?

  • Deep Work

    We locate where a block or belief lives in your body, what it’s trying to protect, and what it needs from you in order to integrate.

  • Healing Practice

    I guide you through an intuitive, trauma-informed process to meet it with love, movement, energy, or breath.

  • Integration

    You’ll leave feeling clear, regulated, and aligned, with tools and practices to take into your week.
